The rates are applicable for a minimum stay of 3 days.
Additionally temporary visitor tax of €2.40 per person and per day for people over 14 years.
The price includes: bed linen, towels and kitchen towels and the final cleaning.
On the day of arrival the apartment will be available around 3 p.m.
On the day of departure the apartments must be vacated by 10 a.m.
We don't accept pets in the apartments.

Reservations are considered binding upon receipt a down payment of 30% of the total amount which is retained in case of cancellation.
In case of cancellation from 60 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount will be retained;
for a cancellation from 20 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure 100% of the total amount will be retained
We will receive your payment in cash or by check; please note that we don't accept credit cards.
It is not allowed to smoke in our apartments.
