A conscious relationship with nature – our philosophy & attitude to life

The philosophy of the organic treatment of our farmstead in Laion consists of an overall concept which we pursue consistently because it is very important to us. This concept includes the traditional construction of both house and yard with mainly natural materials, energy supply from a wood chip heating system, solar and photovoltaic systems, fresh mountain water from our own source, which is prepared with the use of Grander technology and fresh organic products from our farm such as beef, turkey and pork meat, chicken and quail eggs, vegetables and fruit and the cultivation of grain.
EM (Effective Microorganisms) enrich our lives and have become an important companion for us in recent years. The possibilities for their use and application are infinite, which give rise to new ideas and awaken our curiosity every day. We also support the values and actions of Cradle to Cradle (C2C).
